Noirmoutier. Holiday home in the centre of Barbâtre, a stone's throw from the shops and 500 m from the Plage du Midi. If you wish, you can easily walk to everything. On the ground floor, the holiday rental comprises a bedroom with a 160cm bed that can be converted into 2 80cm beds, a shower room, a separate WC and a utility room. Upstairs, you'll find a living room with a lounge and a fitted and equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a second separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll enjoy a pleasant 18m² terrace with garden furniture, a plancha grill and sun loungers. Parking for your car is available close to the rental property, and a covered area is available for your bicycles. NB Sheets and towels are not provided.
